Thank you for choosing this convenient way of booking your appointment with us. Online booking is also available through Google and Instagram online booking. Successful bookings will immediately receive an automated confirmation email.

Occasionally, we may need to follow up with questions so please ensure your contact info is correct. If we cannot reach you, your appointment may be subject to cancellation.

We understand that unexpected changes in plan can happen. If you must cancel your booking, we kindly request that efforts are made to cancel at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We thank you in advance for this courteous gesture to our technicians, and to other clients who might want to book your time slot.

Please call or text (604) 704–8819 to inform us of your need to cancel if there are any problems cancelling your appointment online. Please do not leave voice mail, as we may not hear it in time.

For no shows and last minute cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a $30–50 fee on the next service, and/or require a deposit prior to accepting future bookings. Thank you so much for your understanding.
